教学医院学科内涵建设的要素是构成推动学科内部各项工作完成和发展能力的内在能动因素,学科内涵建设的要素应该以六个“精”字来要求,即“人员精英、装备精良、医术精湛、科教精锐、服务精心、反应精敏”。1 人员精英 人员是学科的内涵建设的最根本的要素,最宝贵的资源,最具决定意义的能动因素。学科内涵建设的其他要素的合理流通或实现,都依赖于合理配备的人员。没有人员,学科就犹如没有血肉的空骨架,没有任何活力的静态结构,没有任何功能的摆设。学科内涵建设的潜力挖掘和发挥也依赖于具备自身能动性的人员,其他要素的作用都有一定限度,惟有人员蕴藏着无限的潜在能力。学科内涵建设长远可持续高速发展的趋势也依赖于具有优良品质的合理人才梯队。随着医学科学技术革命的急剧进展,学科竞争最根本的

The rational circulation or realization of other elements of the connotation of the discipline depends on the reasonable personnel. Without personnel, the discipline is like an empty skeleton with no flesh, no dynamic static structure, and no functional furnishings. The potential of the construction of the discipline’s connotation is also dependent on the individuals who have their own initiative. The role of other factors has a certain limit, and only the personnel have unlimited potential capabilities. The long-term sustainable high-speed development of the connotation construction of disciplines also depends on a reasonable talent echelon with excellent quality.
