首先根据HJ/T 428—2008《清洁生产标准钢铁行业(炼钢)》,建立钢铁行业(炼钢)清洁生产指标体系;其次综合考虑钢铁行业清洁生产相关标准和规定,确定清洁生产指标权重;接着针对定量指标和效益型、成本型定性指标分别构建隶属函数,并通过实例计算,阐明两级模糊综合评判法在清洁生产等级评估中的应用;最后对评估结果中的不合理性进行改进及优化。经过对比分析评价结果发现,基于级别特征值和二元语义的清洁生产等级评估方法可操作性更强,评价结果更加直观、合理。
First, according to HJ / T 428-2008 “clean production standard steel industry (steelmaking)”, establish the steel industry (steelmaking) cleaner production index system; followed by comprehensive consideration of the steel industry cleaner production standards and regulations to determine the weight of cleaner production indicators; Then, based on the quantitative index, the benefit type and the cost type qualitative index, the membership functions are respectively constructed, and the application of the two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the clean production level assessment is clarified through examples. Finally, the unreasonableness in the assessment results is improved and optimization. After comparative analysis and evaluation, it is found that the method based on level eigenvalues and binary semantics can be more operable and the evaluation results are more intuitive and reasonable.
