相比.治疗组犬在心率、血常规、血清总蛋白和血清白蛋白、电解质含量、凝血酶原时间、部分活化凝血酶原时间、血清补体C3浓度及纤维蛋白酶含量等生理指标,均未见显著性差异(P>0.05).吸附效率检测:测定内毒素过滤柱灌流吸附60 min、90 min、120 min三个时间段内毒素含量,治疗组犬血清中内毒素降低的程度与对照组相比,具有极显著差异(P
