[目的]研究产地、等级、部位、醇化时间对烟叶木质素含量的影响。[方法]以河南地区98个烟叶样品为研究对象,采用氢氧化钠/尿素-稀硫酸法测定其木质素含量,研究产地、等级、部位和醇化时间对烟叶木质素含量的影响。[结果]随着烟叶等级的升高(烟叶部位由上到下),总木质素含量呈增加趋势;随着醇化时间的延长,总木质素含量呈缓慢增加趋势;产地、等级、部位对烟叶木质素含量影响较大,而醇化时间对烟叶木质素含量影响较小。[结论]该研究可为合理利用烟叶、改善烟草品质提供理论依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of origin, grade, location and alcohol time on lignin content of tobacco leaves. [Method] With 98 tobacco leaf samples in Henan Province as the research object, the lignin content was determined by sodium hydroxide / urea - dilute sulfuric acid method and the effect of origin, grade, location and alcoholization time on the lignin content of tobacco was studied. [Result] The total lignin content tended to increase with the increase of tobacco leaf grade (top to bottom of tobacco leaves). With the prolonging of the alcoholization time, the total lignin content showed a slowly increasing trend. The origin, grade and location of tobacco leaf Lignin content has a greater impact, while alcohol time has little effect on the lignin content of tobacco leaves. [Conclusion] This study could provide a theoretical basis for the rational use of tobacco leaf and improvement of tobacco quality.
