目的建立固定义齿的三维有限元模型,为后续的牙周组织的生物力学分析提供数字模型。方法利用Mimics医学影像三维重建软件和Geomagic studio逆向工程软件对CT图像进行处理,并运用UG NX进行实体建模及有限元网格划分。结果建立了包含牙槽骨、基牙、牙周膜、固定义齿的三维有限元模型。结论直接运用牙齿原始数据建模,一定程度上可以避免数据丢失,减少模型失真,所得模型具有较好的几何相似性。
Objective To establish a three-dimensional finite element model of a fixed denture and to provide a numerical model for subsequent biomechanical analysis of periodontal tissues. Methods CT images were processed by Mimics 3D reconstruction software and Geomagic studio reverse engineering software. Solid modeling and finite element meshing were performed by UG NX. Results A three-dimensional finite element model including alveolar bone, abutment, periodontal ligament and fixed denture was established. Conclusion The direct use of dental raw data modeling, to a certain extent, can avoid data loss, reduce model distortion, the resulting model has good geometric similarity.
