本文报道抢救新生儿重度窒息31例,甲组采用一般疗法:乙组应用面罩加压呼吸、654-2、胶体蛋白液及毒K等治疗。结果甲组存活1例(11.1%),死亡7例(77.7%):乙组存活19例(86.4%),死亡3例(13.6%),两组相比差异显著(P<0.01)。作者认为,农村和边远地区医师只要严密观察病情,采用符合病理生理的抢救措施,可挽救大量重度窒息新生儿。
This article reports the rescue of severe neonatal asphyxia in 31 cases, a group using the general treatment: B group mask breathing pressure, 654-2, colloidal protein solution and toxic K treatment. Results Group A survived in 1 case (11.1%) and died in 7 cases (77.7%). Group B survived in 19 cases (86.4%) and died in 3 cases (13.6%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The author believes that doctors in rural and remote areas as long as the close observation of the disease, the use of pathophysiology of rescue measures can save a large number of severe asphyxia newborn.
