In recent years, the volume of civil aviation data communications and the amount of information continuously increased, and proposed new requirements for data communications networks to provide various types and rates of data communications to different users. At present, the main body of the civil aviation data communication network structure is the X.25 network, while the X.25 network requires the data transmission to strictly follow the X.25 protocol, thus limiting the utilization rate of the network and also causing the waste of resources.
