目的 本文通过X线头影测量对Alexander直丝矫治技术治疗安氏Ⅱ1类错的矫治结果进行综合分析。方法 临床选择 8例安氏Ⅱ1类错患者 ,前牙深覆盖伴上下牙列拥挤 ,拔除4 45 5 ,采用Alexander直丝矫治器进行矫治。结果 矫治后前牙突度及轴倾度得到明显改善 ,前牙覆覆盖正常 ,UI-NA角平均减少 12 .3°,LI-NB角平均减少 4 5° ,下切牙唇倾得到明显改善 ,上下牙齿排齐 ,咬合关系恢复。结论 Alexander直丝矫治技术是继方丝弓矫治技术和Begg矫治技术之后发展起来的较为系统的直丝矫治技术 ,托槽设计简单舒适 ,简化而严格的矫治程序 ,使其具有高质量的疗效 ,并能有效的控制牙齿各方向的移动 ,使矫治效果更加完善
Objective This article through the X-cephalometry Alexander straight wire treatment of Class Ⅱ 1 malocclusion treatment results were analyzed. Methods Eight patients with Class Ⅱ 1 malocclusion were enrolled in this study. The deep coverage of the anterior teeth was crowded with upper and lower teeth, and 4 455 teeth were removed. The patients were treated with Alexander Straightener. Results The degree of anterior teeth protrusion and axial inclination were significantly improved after correction. Conclusions Alexander Strangling orthodontic technique is a more systematic technique of straight wire treatment developed after orthodontic arch wire technique and Begg orthodontic technique.
