目的:研究虎杖苷对脑缺血再灌注损伤后Fas相关死亡区域(FADD)蛋白表达的影响。方法:将54只大鼠按随机数字表法分为假手术组、模型组、虎杖苷组,通过改良线栓法建立大脑中动脉闭塞局灶性脑缺血模型,采用免疫组化法观察虎杖苷对脑缺血再灌注后FADD蛋白表达的影响。结果:脑缺血再灌注6h后海马处的阳性细胞表达增多,24h达较高水平,至72h呈下降趋势。结论:脑缺血再灌注后FADD蛋白表达显著增强,虎杖苷可通过减少FADD蛋白表达起到脑保护作用。
AIM: To investigate the effect of polydatin on the expression of Fas-related death domain (FADD) protein after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods: Fifty-four rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group and polydatin group according to the random number table method. The focal cerebral ischemia model of middle cerebral artery occlusion was established by modified thread method. Glycosides on FADD protein expression after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in rats. Results: Six hours after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion, the positive cells in the hippocampus increased, reaching a high level at 24 hours and then decreasing at 72 hours. CONCLUSION: FADD protein expression is significantly increased after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Polydatin can protect brain through reducing FADD protein expression.
