应用 B 超和生化学检查对不同病因脂肪肝进行了研究。结果表明:肥胖性脂肪肝占49. 9%,糖尿病性脂肪肝占3. 2%,酒精性脂肪肝占1. 4%,复合性脂肪肝占4. 4%,病因不详性脂肪肝占41. 0%。不同病因脂肪肝之生化学检查特征:肥胖性脂肪肝者 GPT、TG、β-lipoP 的高值比较显著。糖尿病性脂肪肝者 ChE 值较高,高脂血症比较明显。酒精性脂肪肝者γ-GT、LAP、GOT、GPT 值较高。病因不详性脂肪肝者生化学检查的异常比较轻微。
B-ultrasound and biochemical tests were used to study the different causes of fatty liver. The results showed that: fat fatty liver accounted for 49.9%, diabetic fatty liver accounted for 3.2%, alcoholic fatty liver accounted for 1.4%, composite fatty liver accounted for 4.4%, etiology of unknown fatty liver accounted for 41% 0%. The biochemical features of fatty liver in different etiology: The high values of GPT, TG, and β-lipoP in obese fatty steatosis are significant. Diabetic fatty liver ChE value higher, more obvious hyperlipidemia. Alcoholic fatty liver disease who γ-GT, LAP, GOT, GPT values higher. Etiology unknown fatty liver biochemical tests were relatively mild.
