朝阳酒厂是一个拥有500多名职工、700万元固定资产的小型巨人企业,年生产白酒1万吨,酒精1万吨,各种健身滋补酒1千吨,年创利税超千万元,人均利税居全省同行业之首。其主导产品凌塔白酒在全国的白酒评比会上。连续两届被评为国家优质酒,蝉联银质奖,并通过国家级质量认证。一个区区县级小厂,在全省强手如林的市场竞争中称雄,其中原因值得深思。带着探索其中奥秘的初衷,我们来到酒厂进行了实地采访。我们感到:酒厂成功的秘诀关键在于强烈的市场意识,强烈的质量意识,强烈的规模意识,强烈的人才意识。
Chaoyang Winery is a small giant company with more than 500 employees and 7 million yuan in fixed assets. It produces 10,000 tons of white wine, 10,000 tons of alcohol, 1,000 tons of various fitness and nourishing drinks, and generates profits of over 10 million yuan annually. The per capita profit and tax ranks first in the same industry in the province. Its leading product, Lingta Liquor, is in the national liquor competition. Two consecutive times was rated as national high-quality wine, reelected silver award, and passed national quality certification. A county-level small factory occupies a competitive position in the province’s strong market competition, and the reasons are worth pondering. With the original intention of exploring the mysteries, we went to the winery to conduct an on-site interview. We feel that the key to the success of the winery lies in its strong market awareness, strong sense of quality, strong sense of scale, and strong sense of talent.
