根据某航空发动机高压涡轮导向叶片组件的材料及使用条件,采用Co-Ni-Cr钎料对叶片材料DZ40M和GH605开展了钎料性能试验、钎焊接头性能试验、钎焊热循环对DZ40M合金高温性能的影响试验,并根据前期基础试验结果对高压涡轮导向叶片真空钎焊工艺进行了跟踪研究。试验结果表明,Co-Ni-Cr钎料对DZ40M合金和GH605合金具有良好的钎焊性能,钎焊接头的高温性能满足使用叶片组件使用要求,所确定的高压导向叶片组件的钎焊工艺路线能够满足组件的钎焊生产,钎焊质量稳定并且合格交付。
According to the material and service conditions of a high-pressure turbine-driven vane assembly of an aeroengine, the brazing material performance tests, the brazing joint performance tests and the brazing thermal cycling on the material DZ40M and GH605 were carried out using Co-Ni-Cr brazing filler metal. Performance of the impact of the test, and based on the results of the previous preliminary test of the high-pressure turbine guide vane vacuum brazing process were followed. The results show that the Co-Ni-Cr solder has good brazing performance for DZ40M alloy and GH605 alloy. The high temperature performance of the brazed joint meets the requirements of using the blade assembly.
