目的比较碘总量固定情况下不同碘流率(IDR)对膈下动脉(IPA)CT成像的影响。方法选取行腹部CT血管成像(CTA)患者60例,碘总量为350 mg I/kg,随机分为A、B、C组,每组20例。A组:碘浓度300 mg I/m L,注射流率5 m L/s,IDR 1 500 mg I/s;B组:碘浓度350 mg I/m L,注射流率4.3 m L/s,IDR 1 505 mg I/s;C组:碘浓度370 mg I/m L,注射流率4.3 m L/s,IDR 1 591 mg I/s。记录各组IPA各级血管的显示情况及图像质量,测量各组RIPA一级血管及二级血管的CT值。结果 A组和B组IPA各级血管的显示、图像质量、RIPA一级和二级血管的CT值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);C组IPA三级血管及其以上分支的显示及图像质量高于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组RIPA一级和二级血管的CT值高于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论碘总量固定情况下,IDR增加使得IPA强化程度增高,图像质量提高,有助于IPA三级及其以上分支能更好地显示。
Objective To compare the effects of different iodine flow rate (IDR) on CT imaging of subphrenic artery (IPA) with a fixed iodine concentration. Methods Sixty patients with abdominal CT angiography (CTA) were enrolled in this study. Total iodine was 350 mg I / kg. Patients were randomly divided into A, B and C groups, 20 in each. Group A: iodine concentration 300 mg I / m L, injection rate 5 m L / s and IDR 1500 mg I / s; Group B iodine concentration 350 mg I / m L, injection rate 4.3 m L / IDR 1 505 mg I / s; Group C: iodine concentration 370 mg I / m L, injection rate 4.3 m L / s, IDR 1 591 mg I / s. The display of the blood vessels at various levels of IPA and the image quality of each group were recorded. The CT values of the primary and secondary blood vessels of RIPA in each group were measured. Results There was no significant difference in the level of IPA at all levels between group A and group B (P> 0.05). The level of IPA level three and its branches above and below The image quality was higher in group A and group B than in group A and B (P <0.05). The CT value of RIPA in group C was significantly higher than that in group A and B (P <0.05) ). Conclusions With the increase of IDR, the increase of IDR leads to the enhancement of IPA intensity and the improvement of image quality, which is helpful for the better display of IPA level 3 and above branches.
