该文研究了醋酸基融雪剂对沥青混凝土道面的损害原因。通过一系列水溶液试验研究了沥青的乳化作用,包括沥青结合料在不同温度下随不同浓度醋酸盐溶液的变化;采用修改后的ASTM D3625-96标准分析在醋酸盐作用下沥青混凝土道面的损害现象,发现较严重的混合料损害总是出现在使用较高浓度的醋酸盐位置。采用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对醋酸盐引起的沥青乳化进行了进一步的研究,揭示了醋酸盐引起沥青混凝土道面恶化的机理。
This paper studies the reason why acetic acid-based deicing salt can damage pavement of asphalt concrete. The emulsification of asphalt was studied by a series of aqueous experiments, including the changes of asphalt binder with different concentrations of acetate solution at different temperatures. The modified ASTM D3625-96 standard was used to analyze the asphalt pavement The phenomenon of damage was found, the more serious damage to the mixture is always found in the use of higher concentrations of acetate sites. The further research on the emulsification of asphalt induced by acetate was carried out by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), which revealed the mechanism that acetate caused the degradation of asphalt concrete pavement.
