目的研究黄芪注射液、黄芪甲苷及黄芪多糖对大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSC)增殖的影响。方法将黄芪注射液、黄芪甲苷及黄芪多糖添加入大鼠BMSC培养基中,并利用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)法检测培养不同时间(24,48,72h)后的细胞活性。结果 MTT法检测结果显示0.05g/ml浓度的黄芪注射液、100μmol/L的黄芪甲苷及1mg/ml的黄芪多糖后,大鼠BMSC的细胞活性均明显高于未添加组(P<0.05)。结论适宜浓度的黄芪注射液、黄芪甲苷和黄芪多糖可显著促进大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞的增殖。
Objective To study the effects of astragalus injection, astragaloside IV and astragalus polysaccharide on the proliferation of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSC). Methods Astragalus membranaceus Astragaloside and astragalus polysaccharide were added into rat BMSC medium. The cell viability after 24, 48 and 72h culture was detected by MTT assay. Results The results of MTT assay showed that the cell viability of BMSC was significantly higher than that of the untreated group (P <0.05) after Astragalus injection of 0.05g / ml, Astragaloside of 100μmol / L and Astragalus polysaccharide of 1mg / ml, . Conclusion Astragalus injection, astragaloside and astragalus polysaccharide can promote the proliferation of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells.
