Multiple regression analysis of 73 patients with severe aplastic anemia (SAA) who underwent bone marrow transplantation showed a significant relationship between graft rejection and the number of implanted bone marrow cells less than 3 × 10 ~ 8 nucleated cells / kg. However, the measurement of bone marrow nucleated cells can only roughly estimate the number of input stem cells. In this paper, we measured the number of CFU-c in CFU-c and explored the relationship between the amount of CFU-c and the success of transplantation. The patients and methods all met SAA criteria in 10 cases, including 7 cases of primary, 1 case of hepatitis and 2 cases of paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria with bone marrow aplastic. Pretreatment preparation was performed with cyclophosphamide (60 mg / kg at 5 and 4 days) and 800 rad (1 day) whole body irradiation. CFU-c was determined using the method of Pike and Robinson in 1970. Donor bone marrow CFU-c was sampled from the input bone marrow. (?) Days. Results All patients had bone marrow reconstructions at 9 to 14 days, and none of them had transplant rejection. On the average of 15 days (11-18 days), neutrophils could be seen in the blood, and reached the level of 1 × 10 ~ 9 / L in 22 days (14-30 days), giving the average number of bone marrow nucleated cells Of 2.4 ± 0.4% or 1.50 ± 0.2% of the total CFU-c. Before transplantation, CFU-c was extremely low and received 3.5 ± 0.4 × 10 ~ 8 nucleated cells / kg or 1.19 ± 0.32 × 10 ~ 5CFU-c / kg. Bone marrow CFU-c changes on the 10th day after transplantation
