目的 通过药效学研究 ,确定与北苍术临床功效、主治基本吻合的有效成分 β 桉叶醇 ,以便为中药材苍术质量标准规范化研究提供药效学实验依据。方法 以正常、新斯的明负荷及脾虚小鼠为实验研究模型 ,观察了茅苍术的有效成分 β 桉叶醇、茅术醇 +β 桉叶醇混合物对小鼠胃肠推进功能及脾虚模型小鼠体征、体重、胃肠推进功能的影响。 结果 β 桉叶醇 1次性口服给药可显著促进正常小鼠的胃肠运动 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 0 1) ,且呈现出很好的量效关系 ;同时也可证明茅术醇 +β 桉叶醇混合物在剂量与 β 桉叶醇相同的条件下 ,其作用强度与单用 β 桉叶醇无显著差别 ;β 桉叶醇对新斯的明负荷小鼠引起的胃肠运动加快有明显的拮抗作用 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 0 1) ;β 桉叶醇可明显改善脾虚模型小鼠的体征 ,使脾虚模型小鼠的体重上升 ,显著抑制脾虚小鼠的胃肠运动 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,使脾虚小鼠的胃肠运动趋于正常。结论 β 桉叶醇可以作为苍术健脾燥湿作用的有效活性成分之一。茅术醇 +β 桉叶醇的混合物也是苍术健脾的有效成分
Objective To determine the active ingredient beta eucalyptol, which is basically consistent with the clinical efficacy and indications of the northern atractylodes lancea, through pharmacodynamics studies, so as to provide pharmacodynamic experimental basis for the standardization of the quality standard of the Chinese herbal medicine Atractylodes lancea. Methods The normal, neostigmine-loaded and spleen-deficient mice were used as experimental models. The effects of the mixture of β-eucrine and furfuryl alcohol and β-eugenol on the gastrointestinal propulsion function and spleen deficiency in mice were observed. Effects of rodent signs, body weight, and gastrointestinal propulsion function. Results Oral administration of β-Collagen could significantly promote the gastrointestinal motility in normal mice (P < 0.05, P <0.01), and showed a good dose-effect relationship. It can be proved that at the same dose as β-limonol at the same dosage of the mixture of lofonal alcohol and β-limonal alcohol, the strength of its action is not significantly different from that of β-leucovorin alone; β-eucommia is caused by neostigmine-loaded mice. Gastrointestinal movement speeded up obvious antagonistic effects (P < 0.05, P <0.01); β-eugenol could significantly improve the symptoms of spleen deficiency mice and increase the body weight of spleen deficiency mice. The gastrointestinal motility of spleen deficiency mice was significantly inhibited (P < 0.05, P <0.01), and the gastrointestinal motility of spleen deficiency mice tended to be normal. Conclusion β-eucalyptus can be used as one of the effective active ingredients in herbification of spleen and dampness.
