A major problem in Mexico’s oil production facilities is the presence of sulfur-containing moisture and the use of gas as a platform fuel gas, which is transported over long distances [about 125 mil (1 mil = 1.61 km)] to reach the natural gas Treatment plant. This paper presents a solution to the treatment of sulfur-containing and sulfur-free dry gas in the vicinity of production facilities to avoid problems such as multiphase flow, natural gas condensate, large pressure loss, frequent pigging and high corrosion rates during natural gas delivery In addition, due to the recovery of liquefied petroleum gas and C_5 +, so you can get greater benefits. These new programs have opened the door for energy conservation, improved oil recovery facilities and environmental protection. As the types of products sold increase, economic benefits have also been significantly improved. Although these programs appear to be novel in their oil extraction facilities in Mexico, other international companies under similar conditions have started implementing them. The solution proposed in this paper is applicable to the oil production facilities that process and deliver natural gas in Mexico, currently and in the future.
