在桥梁现浇混凝土结构施工中,需要消耗大量的模板,因而模板的选择则对于工程的质量、施工进度以及工程造价有了重要的影响。永久性模板无需拆模,以其构造的简易性,施工的简便性克服了传统模板的笨重、施工不便等缺点,达到减少施工工序,降低工程造价,保护环境等目标[1-3]。文中应用大型通用有限元程序ANSYS对组合结构FRP永久性模板的受力情况,分析其在荷载作用下的应力应变及挠度的变化来确定其可行性。
In the construction of bridge cast-in-place concrete structures, a large number of templates need to be consumed. Therefore, the choice of formwork has an important influence on the quality of the project, the construction schedule, and the project cost. The permanent formwork does not need to remove the mold. It overcomes the disadvantages of bulky and inconvenient construction of the traditional formwork due to the simplicity of its construction and the simplicity of construction. It can reduce the construction process, reduce the construction cost and protect the environment and other goals [1-3]. In this paper, the general finite element program ANSYS is used to analyze the force of the permanent FRP template, and the changes of stress, strain and deflection under load are analyzed to determine its feasibility.
