新兴媒体形式的发展对传统媒介形式造成了一定的冲击，为了确保学生的就业能力，提高学生的新闻素养，高校新闻创业需要结合媒体融合时代的特点，对传统实践教学开展改革，文中详细分析了媒介融合时代下，高校新闻实践教学中普遍存在的问题，详细说明了当前形势对新闻专业学生的新要求，并结合教学经验探讨了相关实践教学改革建议。
