代谢酶基因多态是肿瘤遗传易感性的一个重要方面,体内参与毒物代谢的酶主要有细胞色素P4501A1(CYP1A1)和谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST),它们均存在基因多态现象。有研究表明,CYP1A1基因多态与肺癌、食管癌等肿瘤有关,但结果不一致。
Metabolic enzyme gene polymorphism is an important aspect of tumor genetic susceptibility. The main enzymes involved in toxic metabolism in vivo are cytochrome P4501A1 (CYP1A1) and glutathione S-transferase (GST), both of which have genetic polymorphisms. Studies have shown that, CYP1A1 gene polymorphisms and lung cancer, esophageal cancer and other related, but the results are inconsistent.
