据《中华结核和呼吸杂志》2000年7月23卷第7期报道 中国医科大学第一临床学院呼吸病研究所刘凌志等,为探讨肺间质纤维化时蛋白激酶C(PKC)活性的变化,应用放射活性测定法,对9名健康者和15例特发性肺间质纤维化(IPF)患者支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中肺泡巨噬细胞(AM)的PKC活性进行了检测。 结果发现,IPF患者BALF中AM总PKC活性、胞质和胞膜PKC活性均明显高于健康肴(P<0.01、P<0.05),AM的总PKC活性与BALF中细胞总数呈正相关(P<0.01);胞膜部分PKC活性也与BALF中细胞总数呈正相关(P<0.05)。研究表明,PKC作为细胞活化
According to the “Journal of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases,” July 2000 23 Volume 7 reported the First Clinical College of China Medical University, Institute of Respiratory Diseases, such as Liu Lingzhi, in order to explore changes in protein kinase C (PKC) activity during pulmonary fibrosis , PKC activity in alveolar macrophages (AM) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) from 9 healthy individuals and 15 patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) was measured by radioactivity assay. The results showed that the total PKC activity, cytoplasmic and membrane PKC activities in BALF were significantly higher in IPF patients than in healthy volunteers (P <0.01, P <0.05). The total PKC activity in AMF was positively correlated with the total number of BALF cells (P < 0.01). The PKC activity of cell membrane was also positively correlated with the total number of cells in BALF (P <0.05). Research shows that PKC acts as a cell activator
