目的:调查我院抗菌药物的应用情况,以促进儿科临床合理用药。方法:随机抽查住院病历286份,对抗菌药的应用进行分析讨论。结果:抗菌药物在儿科的使用率高达96.5％。结论:抗菌药物在儿科的使用率过高,且有不合理用药现象,因此,应加强抗菌药物在儿科正确使用的研究。
Objective: To investigate the application of antibacterials in our hospital to promote pediatric rational clinical use. Methods: A random sample of 286 inpatient medical records, the application of antibacterial drugs were analyzed and discussed. Results: The use of antibacterials in pediatrics was as high as 96.5%. Conclusion: The use of antibacterials in pediatrics is too high and there is an irrational use of antibiotics. Therefore, the research on the correct use of antibacterials in pediatrics should be strengthened.
