从化学成分、粒度组成、成球性能和烧结性能等方面研究了武钢常用含铁原料的烧结特性。结果表明:非粉和纽粉烧结性能较好,巴粉、委粉和MAC粉烧结性能中等,精矿、FMG和加粉烧结性能较差。在此基础上提出了优化配矿方案,从而改善了混匀矿的烧结性能,促进了烧结经济技术指标的改善。2011年1~4月烧结台时产量达到440.22 t/(台·h),转鼓指数达到79.8%,分别较上年同期提高了30.8t/(台·h)和0.59%。
The sintering properties of the iron-containing raw materials commonly used in WISCO were studied from the aspects of chemical composition, particle size distribution, spheroidizing properties and sintering properties. The results showed that the sintering properties of non - powder and New Zealand noodles are better, the sintering properties of Pakistani powder, Venezuelan powder and MAC powder are medium, and the sinter, FMG and powdered powder have poor sintering performance. On this basis, the optimization of the ore blending plan is put forward, so as to improve the sintering performance of the mixed ore and promote the improvement of the economic and technical indexes of sintering. The output reached 440.22 t / (Taiwan · h) and the drum index reached 79.8% from January to April in 2011, up 30.8t / (Taiwan · h) and 0.59% respectively over the same period of last year.
