同步带传动自六十年代引入我国,至今已广泛应用于各种工业传动装置中。而对同步带传动的要求亦由只求同步传动转为既要同步传动又能传递大功率的目的。由此,同步带传动的承载能力问题已日益重要,成为国内外研究的中心。近年来在世界各国的同步带标准及ISO标准中也有了明显的反映。但我国目前采用的同步带尺寸参数却没有反应出此种特点。据我们调查,由于尺寸参数不合理,已成为我国生产的同步带寿命短,易失效的主要原因之一,因此如不进行修改,将危及我国同步带的推广使用。现仅从强度观点对我国现行同步带尺寸参数与国际标准加以比较,以说明其修改的必要性。
Synchronous belt drive from the sixties into our country, has been widely used in various industrial transmission. However, the requirement of the transmission of the synchronous belt also requires that the synchronous transmission only need to synchronize the transmission and transmit the high-power. As a result, the bearing capacity of the belt drive has become increasingly important and becomes the center of research both at home and abroad. In recent years in all countries in the world belt standards and ISO standards also have a clear reflection. However, China’s current use of timing belt size parameters did not reflect this feature. According to our investigation, due to the unreasonable size parameters, it has become one of the main reasons for the short life span and easy failure of the timing belts produced in our country. Therefore, without modification, it will endanger the promotion and use of the timing belts in our country. Now only from the perspective of strength of China’s current size of the belt and international standards to be compared to illustrate the need for changes.
