碟形圈密封是目前采用的两种主要钻头密封形式之一,具有O形圈所不及的优点——单向性及压力补偿作用。本文通过台架单元试验,研究碟形圈密封的摩擦及油脂漏失规律。 在模拟台架上(温度低于80℃),当腔内油脂压力大于腔外介质压力时,碟形圈的摩擦磨损不影响密封的可靠性,其纯磨损寿命已超过150小时,而油脂漏失则成为主要问题。本文通过试验得出了碟形圈密封漏失量的经验公式,并对轴向振动的影响进行了修正。最后提出了一种碟形圈密封的设计方法,供实际参考。
Disc ring seal is currently used in one of the two main forms of drill seal, with O-ring advantages beyond one-way and pressure compensation.
