去年,我们对北京、天津、吉林、上海、山东、湖南、广西、贵州、云南、陕西等10个省(区、市)财贸轻纺烟草工会在加强企业技能人才培养中发挥作用情况和企业技能人才培养情况进行了专题调研,并重点对陕西省西安、咸阳、宝鸡和贵州省贵阳、安顺、遵义等两省六市进行了实地调研,共走访企业10家(其中国有及控股企业6家,民营企业4家),召开座谈会13场,听取了地方产业工会、企业行政及工会、一线职工对职业技能培训的意见建议。一、财贸轻纺行业特点和职工技能人才队伍的基本
