随着经济全球化进程的逐渐深入,信息时代已经来临,我国各行各业均已受到了知识经济的不同冲击,人力资源管理在企业中的重要程度正在越发凸显,同时取得了一定的成就,但也突出了一些问题以及不足之处。本文先是对企业人力资源配置所出现的各个问题进行详谈,之后论述了问题的解决途径。
With the gradual deepening of economic globalization and the information age, various walks of life in our country have been challenged by the knowledge economy. The importance of human resources management in enterprises is becoming more and more prominent, and some achievements have been made at the same time. However, It also highlighted some problems as well as shortcomings. This article first elaborate on the problems that arise in the allocation of human resources in enterprises, and then discusses the solutions to the problems.
