目的了解军校医学生生活事件发生的特点,为开展军校医学生的心理健康教育提供依据。方法使用自编军校医学生生活事件量表(LES),对4788名军校医学生进行调查。结果军校医学生生活事件总均分为0.88±0.54;男生的生活事件总均分及各因子分均高于女生,独生与非独生子女的人际因子和挫折因子具有显著性差异;总应激值居前3位的生活事件依次为“看到不正之风”、“学习负担过重”、“学习考试失败或不理想”。结论军校医学生生活事件中学习问题和适应问题是最主要的应激因素。
Objective To understand the characteristics of life events of medical students in military colleges and to provide basis for carrying out psychological health education among medical students in military schools. Methods A total of 4,788 medical school medical students were investigated using the self-made Military Medical Students Life Events Scale (LES). Results The average score of life events of medical students in military schools was 0.88 ± 0.54. The average scores of male students’ life events and scores of each factor were higher than those of girls. The interpersonal and frustration factors of singleton and non-only children were significantly different. Among the top three living events were “unhealthy trends,” “heavy learning burden,” “failed or unsatisfactory learning exams.” Conclusion The learning problems and adaptation problems of medical students in military medical schools are the most important stressors.
