系统分析、比较了国际食品法典委员会(CAC)食品污染物专业委员会(CCCF)和我国制定的果品及其制品污染物(重金属、放射性核素)和毒素限量标准,以期对不断修订、增补、完善我国果品及其制品污染物和毒素限量标准提出建议。
This paper systematically analyzed and compared the standards of pollutants (heavy metals, radionuclides) and toxins of fruits and their products formulated by CAC Food Contaminant Committee (CCCF) and China, and compared them with the revised, supplemented and perfected China’s fruit and its products, pollutants and toxins limit standards make recommendations.
