采用完全弗氏佐剂和碱性髓鞘蛋白成功地诱发了实验性过敏性脊髓炎(EAE)豚鼠模型。免疫组化ABC法显示EAE豚鼠脊髓内NF-кB P65阳性细胞表达增强;脊髓前侧、背侧静脉和白质内小血管周围也可见多层NF-кB P65的阳性细胞表达。温阳补肾方可减少脊髓内NF-кB P65阳性细胞的表达,提示此中药复方可能通过抑制中枢内NF-кB p65的表达,阻断或减弱免疫炎性分子基因的诱导,在一定程度上减轻多发硬化的发生和发展。
The experimental guinea pig model of allergic myelitis (EAE) was successfully induced by complete Freund’s adjuvant and basic myelin sheath protein. The expression of NF-кB P65 positive cells in the spinal cord of EAE guinea pigs was enhanced by immunohistochemical ABC method. The positive cells of multilamellar NF-кB P65 were also observed around the anterior spinal cord, dorsal vein, and white blood vessels in the white matter. Wenyang Bushen decoction can reduce the expression of NF-кB P65 positive cells in the spinal cord, suggesting that the Chinese herbal compound may reduce the expression of NF-кB p65 in the central nervous system and block or reduce the induction of immunoinflammatory molecular genes to a certain extent.
