改進跳汰机的操作方法 提高選鑛回收率

最近根据若干选矿厂选矿流程的查定资料来看,跳汰机局部回收率大约相当于全厂总回收率的70~80%,这说明跳汰机回收率的高低直接关系到全厂回收率的提高与降低,因此,研究改时跳汰机的操作方法,就具有特别重要的意义。过去有些单位的跳汰机操作制度,由于操作不正规,是不够合理的,特别是筛上精矿人工间歇排出法和高冲次的作业条件,几年来无论在提高精矿质量或金属回收率方面都受到了不同程度的损失。1955年赣州有色金属试验所建议,跳汰机筛上精矿采用连续排出法,有的选矿厂试行后,局部精矿产量较过去提高150~178%,也有的选矿厂将跳汰机冲程由345次降低为303次后,每年能够多回收钨精矿3.9噸和铜精矿480噸。这对提高选矿回收率和解决原料综合利用等问题都起到了良好的作用。同时也说明了在先进生产者运动的开展中,选矿工作者应该根据矿石性质和设备性能,及时对不合理的操作规程加以修定,使之成为先进的、合理的、切合实际的操作规程,并认真贯彻执行。这里发表了跳汰机连续排出精矿和减少冲程次数的经验总结,希望各选矿厂参考研究。 According to the selection process of some beneficiation process recently, the local recovery rate of jig is equivalent to about 70-80% of the total recovery rate of the whole plant, which shows that the recovery rate of jig is directly related to the recovery rate of the whole plant Of the increase and decrease, therefore, to study the operation of the jigger time-change, it has a special significance.
