以甲基乙烯基MQ硅树脂、含氢硅油和苯基硅橡胶为基体,BPO(过氧化苯甲酰)为引发剂,DBTDL(二月桂酸二丁基锡)和氯铂酸-异丙醇为催化剂,采用硅氢加成和自由基法制备了双交联型SPSA[有机硅PSA(压敏胶)],并着重探讨了交联剂含量、催化剂含量以及交联工艺对SPSA性能的影响。研究结果表明:当反应官能团n(Si-H)∶n(Si-Vi)=0.5∶1.0、w(BPO)=1.0%(相对于硅橡胶和硅树脂总质量而言)、交联温度为150℃和交联时间为10 min时,SPSA的初粘力为9#钢球、135℃剥离强度超过7.0 N/mm、常温持粘力和80℃持粘力均超过24 h;该双交联型SPSA的制备工艺简单,具有较好的耐介质性和耐热性,兼具了单一交联法所得SPSA的优点。
Using methyl vinyl MQ silicone resin, hydrogen silicone oil and phenyl silicone rubber as matrix, BPO (benzoyl peroxide) as initiator, DBTDL (dibutyltin dilaurate) and chloroplatinic acid - isopropanol as catalyst , A double cross-linked SPSA [silicone PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive)] was prepared by hydrosilylation and free radical methods. The effect of cross-linking agent content, catalyst content and cross-linking process on the properties of SPSA was also discussed. The results show that when the reaction functional group n (Si-H): n (Si-Vi) = 0.5:1.0, w (BPO) = 1.0% (with respect to the total mass of the silicone rubber and the silicone) The initial viscosity of SPSA was 9 # steel ball at 150 ℃ and the crosslinking time was 10 min. The peel strength at 135 ℃ was over 7.0 N / mm, the viscosity at room temperature and the holding strength at 80 ℃ for 24 h. The preparation method of SPSA is simple, has good media resistance and heat resistance, and combines the advantages of SPSA obtained by a single cross-linking method.
