本文采用自行研制的旋转永磁体电磁搅拌铸造机制取ZA-27半固态浆料。对永磁体采用NN-SS和N-S排布时磁感应器内的磁场分布进行了测量和分析;在相同剪切速率条件下测量和分析了不同固相率初生相的分布、大小、形貌及浆料旋涡形貌,揭示了等温温度与搅拌强度的关系;考察了微量合金元素加入量和铸造工艺对半固态铸锭初生相形核、生长和形貌的影响;对不同搅拌和冷却制度下的铸锭组织进行了分析对比。成功地制取了性能良好的ZA-27半固态铸锭
In this paper, ZA-27 semi-solid slurry was prepared by the self-developed rotating permanent magnet electromagnetic stirring casting machine. The magnetic field distribution of the permanent magnet with NN-SS and N-S arrangement was measured and analyzed. The distribution, size, morphology of the primary phase with different solid fraction were measured and analyzed under the same shear rate The relationship between the isothermal temperature and the stirring intensity was revealed. The effect of addition of trace alloying elements and the casting process on the nucleation, growth and morphology of the primary phase of the semi-solid ingot was investigated. Under different stirring and cooling conditions The ingot organizations were analyzed and compared. ZA-27 semi-solid ingot with good performance was successfully prepared
