目的评价经直肠超声造影(CETRUS)对前列腺结节良恶性的诊断价值。方法应用CETRUS匹配成像技术(CnTI)及SW造影分析软件,记录40例患者共47个前列腺结节的强度增量(a1)、峰值减半斜率(a2)、上升斜率(a3)、灌注时间(t0)、达峰时间(TTP)、峰值强度(PI)、显影时间(AT)、曲线下面积(AUC)、强度增幅(AMP)、平均通过时间(MTT)等参数,比较良、恶性结节组间相应参数的差异。并对每个结节作受试者工作特征(ROC)分析。结果 25个前列腺恶性结节和22个前列腺良性结节a1分别为(28.49±6.06)和(18.26±9.19)(P<0.05),PI分别为(26.31±7.53)和(19.24±8.35)(P<0.05),AMP分别为(20.47±5.55)和(9.70±6.02)(P<0.05),MTT分别为(48.90±12.26)和(58.79±9.48)(P<0.05)。结论 CETRUS对前列腺结节良恶性的鉴别提供可靠信息。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of transthoracic echocardiography (CETRUS) in benign and malignant prostatic nodules. Methods CteRUS matching imaging (CnTI) and SW angiography software were used to record the intensity increment (a1), peak a2, peak a3, and perfusion time of 47 prostatic nodules in 40 patients. t0, TTP, PI, AT, AUC, AMP, MTT and other parameters were compared between benign and malignant nodules Differences in the corresponding parameters between groups. A receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis was performed on each nodule. Results A total of 25 benign prostatic nodules and 22 benign nodules of benign prostatic hyperplasia were (28.49 ± 6.06) and (18.26 ± 9.19), respectively, with PI of (26.31 ± 7.53) and (19.24 ± 8.35), respectively 0.05). The levels of AMP were (20.47 ± 5.55) and (9.70 ± 6.02), respectively (P <0.05). MTT was (48.90 ± 12.26) and (58.79 ± 9.48), respectively. Conclusion CETRUS provides reliable information on benign and malignant prostatic nodules.
