经管类跨专业综合实验教学管理机制的创新是实验教学改革重要组成部分。目前,各财经类院校正大力发展经管类跨专业综合实验,但传统的教学管理机制却制约了跨专业综合实验教学的进一步发展。结合我院实验教学改革的实践,总结了经管类跨专业综合实验教学的特色,阐述了跨专业实验在学生的组织、教师团队授课以及课程的考核等环节的开展现状。剖析了传统班级制教学管理机制对跨专业学生组织、跨专业实验教师团队的组建、不同专业教师积极性的调动、以及对学生评价等方面的制约,并在此基础上阐述了实验教学管理机制的创新思路。
The innovation of management system of interdisciplinary comprehensive experimental teaching management is an important part of experimental teaching reform. At present, all kinds of finance and economics colleges and universities are making great efforts to develop cross-disciplinary comprehensive experiments in economics and management, but the traditional teaching management mechanism has restricted the further development of interdisciplinary comprehensive experimental teaching. Combined with the practice of experimental teaching reform in our hospital, this paper summarizes the characteristics of comprehensive experimental teaching in management of trans-disciplines, and expounds the current situation of interdisciplinary experiments in student organizations, teaching of teacher teams and course evaluation. The paper analyzes the limitations of traditional classroom teaching management system on the formation of inter-professional student organizations, inter-disciplinary experimental teaching team, the mobilization of different professional teachers, and the evaluation of students. On the basis of that, it expounds the mechanism of experimental teaching management Innovative ideas.
