目的采用红光照射后,检测心肌酶谱、凝血系列和血常规相关分子的含量,研究红光照射对人体抗疲劳能力和耐力的影响。方法将200名实验对象分为实验组和对照组,每组100例。实验组受试者在力竭运动后接受红光照射,每次照射30min,剂量为30J/cm2,每天1次,持续2周;对照组受试者在相同条件下进行假照射。第3、7、14天后分别测定实验组和对照组受试对象血内心肌酶谱AST、ADH、CK、CK-MB、HBDH,血常规WBC、HB、RBC、PLT和凝血系列PT、APTT、FIB、TT及血钙等各项指标的含量。结果与对照组相比,经红光照射后实验组血常规中的HB、RBC和Ca2+含量明显增高,其他指标未见明显改变。结论红光照射可明显提高人体的耐力和抗疲劳能力。
Objective To study the effect of red light irradiation on anti-fatigue ability and endurance of the human body after red light irradiation, detection of myocardial enzymes, coagulation series and blood related molecules. Methods 200 subjects were divided into experimental group and control group, 100 cases in each group. Subjects in the experimental group received red light irradiation after exhaustive exercise for 30 minutes at a dose of 30 J / cm2 once a day for 2 weeks. Control subjects were given sham irradiation under the same conditions. The levels of AST, ADH, CK, CK-MB, HBDH, blood WBC, HB, RBC, PLT and coagulation PT, APTT, FIB , TT and serum calcium and other indicators of the content. Results Compared with the control group, the contents of HB, RBC and Ca2 + in the blood of the experimental group were significantly increased after the red light irradiation, while the other indexes did not change significantly. Conclusion Red light can significantly improve the body’s endurance and anti-fatigue ability.
