目的:测量腓骨头关节面形态,为临床上用带血管蒂的游离腓骨头移植替代桡骨远端重建腕关节提供理论依据。方法:用三维摄影测量法测量40例成人腓骨头标本,重建关节面数学模型,然后测量关节面倾角、弧长和曲率。结果:腓骨头关节面后倾角为(9.96±1.47)°,内倾角为(23.07±2.14)°,关节面冠状面弧长为15.9±1.90mm,矢状面弧长为12.8±1.30mm,冠状面屈率为0.154±0.028,矢状面曲率为0.136±0.028。结论:腓骨头可以用来替代桡骨远端重建腕关节
OBJECTIVE: To measure the morphology of the fibular head articular surface and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical replacement of the distal radius of the wrist with a free vascularized fibular head graft. Methods: 40 adult fibula specimens were measured by three-dimensional photogrammetry and the mathematical model of articular surface was reconstructed. The inclination, arc length and curvature of the articular surface were measured. Results: The fibular head joint posterior inclination was (9.96 ± 1.47) °, the inclination angle was (23.07 ± 2.14) °, and the coronal plane arc length was 15.9 ± 1.90 mm The arcuate arc length was 12.8 ± 1.30mm, the coronal flexion rate was 0.154 ± 0.028, and the sagittal curvature was 0.136 ± 0.028. Conclusion: The fibula head can be used to replace the distal radius to reconstruct the wrist
