准备活动是运动员在比赛中的重要环节,目的是让运动员在比赛中提高机能状态,进入兴奋期,争取获得优异成绩。内容主要包括:有氧性慢跑,各关节及韧带柔韧性的牵拉,互相对打及结合专项技战术练习。但是,在散打运动进程中,我们也发现和试验了散打运动员把专项力量训练运用到准备活动中,取得了一定的效果。通过对一些散打运动员的跟踪调查仔细分析,我们认为,在散打比赛中引入专项力量练习,对提高抗击打能力和肌肉进入工作状态是非常有效的。
Preparation activity is an important part of athletes in the competition, the purpose is to allow athletes to improve performance during the game, into the excitement, for excellent results. The main contents include: aerobic jogging, the flexibility of the joints and ligaments stretch, play against each other and with special technical and tactical exercises. However, in the course of Sanda movement, we also found and tested that Sanda athletes applied the special strength training to preparatory activities and achieved some results. Through careful analysis of the follow-up investigations of some Sanda players, we believe that the introduction of special strength exercises in Sanda competitions is very effective in improving the ability to fight against attacks and putting muscles into working conditions.
