为探讨有机硅对3A21铝合金的防腐性能.合成了1.4-双(3-三乙氧基丙基尿基苯)(BTPUB),采用溶胶-凝胶法在3A21铝表面制备了不同的BTPUB涂层.采用循环伏安法研究前驱体中BTPUB的浓度和腐蚀效果的关系.采用浸泡实验和电化学阻抗谱研究BTPUB涂层对3A21铝合金的保护饥理.结果证明随着前驱体中BTPUB的浓度的增大涂层对铝的保护效果越好.BTPUB涂层对3A21铝合金具有较好的保护效果.
In order to investigate the anti-corrosion property of 3A21 aluminum alloy, 1.4-bis (3-triethoxypropyl-phenylurea) (BTPUB) was synthesized and different BTPUB films were prepared on the surface of 3A21 aluminum alloy by sol-gel method The relationship between the concentration of BTPUB in the precursors and the corrosion effect was investigated by cyclic voltammetry.The immersion test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were used to study the protection of BTPUB coating on the 3A21 aluminum alloy.The results show that with the precursor BTPUB The higher the concentration of the coating, the better the protective effect of aluminum.BTPUB coating 3A21 aluminum alloy has a good protective effect.
