采用XRD、OM、SEM、TEM和磨损试验机,研究了不同含量的稀土元素La对Cr26型高铬铸铁显微组织和耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:铸铁组织主要由奥氏体、铁素体、马氏体、M_7C_3等相组成。随着La含量的增加,组织细化,柱状晶逐渐转变为等轴晶,长条状碳化物逐渐转变为菊花状碳化物。La_2O_3能够作为M_7C_3型碳化物的非均质化形核核心,增加了初生碳化物数量,细化了初生碳化物。铸铁在磨损过程中出现犁沟和碳化物剥落坑,添加La后犁沟和剥落坑的数量明显减少,提高了铸铁的耐磨性能。
The effects of different contents of rare earth element La on the microstructure and wear resistance of Cr26 high chromium cast iron were studied by XRD, OM, SEM, TEM and wear tester. The results show that the cast iron is composed of austenite, ferrite, martensite and M_7C_3. With the increase of La content, the microstructure is refined, and the columnar crystals gradually change into equiaxed grains, and the strip-shaped carbides gradually transform into daisy-like carbides. La_2O_3 can be used as the heterogeneous nucleation center of M_7C_3 carbides, increasing the amount of primary carbides and refining the primary carbides. Cast iron in the process of wear furrows and carbide peel pits, the addition of La furrow and peel pit significantly reduce the number of increased wear resistance of cast iron.
