采用3%超细矿渣等量取代水泥,利用裹砂石工艺配制C80~C90高性能混凝土,试验研究水胶比对坍落度、泌水性及硬化混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明:裹砂石工艺制备的高性能混凝土具有坍落度大、泌水性低等特点,且硬化混凝土的性能优于传统工艺制备的高性能混凝土。
3% ultra-fine slag was used to replace cement and C80-C90 high-performance concrete was prepared using sand-enveloping process. The effect of water-binder ratio on the slump, water-leaching and performance of hardened concrete was investigated. The test results show that the high-performance concrete prepared by the sand-in-stone process has the characteristics of large slump and low water leakage, and the performance of the hardened concrete is superior to that of the high-performance concrete prepared by the traditional process.
