本文以600MW火电机组仿真系统的研究为背景,开发了电站控制系统仿真图形化建模系统,建立了机炉控制系统仿真模块库和全仿真模型。文中介绍了控制回路全仿真模型的组成与设计,讨论了模型自动组态、调试及控制参数自整定等问题。所建立的控制系统仿真模型用于实际仿真机中,实现了ATC控制等电站控制中难点问题仿真,取得了满意效果
In this paper, based on the research of simulation system of 600MW thermal power unit, this paper develops the simulation modeling system of power station control system and establishes the simulation module library and full simulation model of the control system of the machine. In this paper, the composition and design of full simulation model of control loop are introduced. The problems of automatic configuration, debugging and self - tuning of control parameters are discussed. The established control system simulation model is used in the actual simulation machine to realize the simulation of difficult problems such as ATC control and other power plant control, and achieved satisfactory results
