以粳稻国庆20和农育1744及它们的不同植株高度的稳定突变系共10个亲本组成的双列杂交。通过对杂种F_1株高的配合力分析和其他一些遗传参数的估算表明:不同突变系间的矮秆基因,少数是等位的相同基因,多数是不等位的不同基因。具不等位的不同矮杆基因的亲本杂交,其杂种F_1代的株高达到或接近其双亲的原种的高度,表现了原种的显性基因作用,而非真正的杂种优势。从而对水稻株高的遗传和杂种优势的认识提供了一些新的启示。
A total of 10 parents of japonica rice were crossed with japonica rice at National Day 20 and Farming 1744 at their stable plants with different plant height. The analysis of the combining ability of F1 hybrids and some other genetic parameters indicated that the dwarf genes among different mutant lines had the same number of alleles and the majority of the different alleles. The heterozygous parents with different alleles of Dwarf hybrids showed that their hybrid F1 plants reached or approached the height of their parental elite and showed dominant gene effects rather than true heterosis. This provided some new insights into the heredity and heterosis of plant height in rice.
