健美操是一项与美有关的体育运动,它特点新快、开放。高校开展健美操教学,可以激发学生对审美的追求,同时让体育课堂变得更加生动、有趣,使学生通过对健美操的学习,培养乐观、积极地生活态度,加强学生的心理素质,使学生的鉴赏能力得到提高。文章从美学角度,研究健美操运动的美学特征,分析健美操教学系统的过程性要素,进行健美操教学如何渗透美学思想的探索。
Aerobics is a sport related to the United States, it features new fast, open. Aerobics teaching in colleges and universities can arouse students’ pursuit of aesthetic appreciation. At the same time, the physical education classroom becomes more vivid and interesting. Students can develop their optimism and positive attitude toward aerobics by strengthening their psychology so as to make the students Appreciation of the ability to be improved. From the perspective of aesthetics, the article studies the aesthetic characteristics of aerobics movement, analyzes the procedural elements of the aerobics teaching system and explores how aerobics teaching infiltrates the aesthetic thoughts.
