采用数值模拟方法,定量解析伴随铸件凝固和冷却过程而产生的缩松、缩孔、裂纹等铸造缺陷,并据此优化设计铸造工艺,提高铸件质量的研究,是铸造领域的研究热点。大连理工大学在“六五”、“七五”期间承担的有关科技攻关项目已使该项研究达到了当时世界水平,但由于已有计算模型的局限性和繁杂性,使工程应用受到很多的限制。国家自然科学基金委员会以建立工程应用模型为宗旨,于1993年组织清华大学、大连理工大学进行“大型铸件的模拟技术及质量控制研究”,使这一领域的研究得以深化。
The numerical simulation method is used to quantitatively analyze the casting defects such as shrinkage, shrinkage cavity and crack caused by the solidification and cooling of castings, and to optimize the design of casting technology and improve the quality of castings. It is a hot research topic in the field of foundry. The related scientific and technological research projects undertaken by Dalian University of Technology during the “6th Five-Year Plan” and “7th Five-Year Plan” period have brought the study to the level of the world at that time. However, due to the limitation and complexity of the existing calculation models, engineering applications have been greatly affected limit. National Natural Science Foundation of China to establish the project application model for the purpose of organizing Tsinghua University in 1993, Dalian University of Technology for “large-scale castings simulation technology and quality control research” to deepen the research in this area.
