用X-光电子能谱(XPS)研究了掺饵铌酸锂(Er:LiNbO_3 Er.LN)晶体表面铒相对含量沿深度的分布及Er,Nb的结合能。发现掺杂剂铒在晶体表面严重富集,表面结合能大于体相;在铌的结合能谱图上出现一新的峰,表明在体相中铌的电子结构不同于表相。
X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was used to study the distribution of the relative content of erbium in erbium-doped niobate (Er: LiNbO_3Er.LN) crystals along the depth and the binding energies of Er and Nb. It is found that the erbium dopant is heavily enriched on the crystal surface and the surface binding energy is larger than that of the bulk phase. A new peak appears on the bond energy spectrum of niobium, indicating that the electronic structure of niobium is different from the surface phase in the bulk phase.
