基于ZOA方法,在频域中提出了变螺旋铣刀铣削稳定性解析预测模型。通过与前人的相关研究对比可知,该理论模型具有较高的预测能力,适用于变螺旋铣刀铣削稳定性叶瓣图的快速获取。
Based on the ZOA method, the analytical solution of the milling stability of a variable helical mill is proposed in the frequency domain. Compared with previous studies, we can see that the theoretical model has a high predictive ability and is suitable for rapid acquisition of stable leaflet map of milling with variable helical milling cutter.
