（公约于2002年8月22日由中国房协中介专业委员会第二届二次委员会原则通过） 第一条 为了加强物质文明和精神文明建设,建立行业自律机制,促进房地产中介服务业的健康发展,依据《中华人民共和国城市房地产管理法》、《经纪人管理办法》和《城市房地产中介服务管理规定》,制定本公约。 第二条 中国房协中介专业委员会的会员单位是本公约的倡导者、制定者,要模范带头执行本公约,从事房地产中介活动的非会员单位、也应参照本公约,自觉地规范、约束自己的行为。
