电力排灌站的建设,是促进我国农业技术改造,确保农田免受旱、涝等自然灾害的重要措施。电力排灌是一项新的工作,目前我们的经验尚不多。本文介绍的是作者在南方某工程中计算排涝负荷和用电方式设计所采用的方法,提供有关部门工作中参考和讨论。应该说明的是,这个方法是根据我国南方一般涝区在暴雨时围外水位较高、围内水位不能自流的排涝情况下提出的;同时,本文采用的按抵偿年限计算的公式,目前也还存在不同的认识。因此,在参考此方法时,应根据本地区的具体情况,因地制宜地参照运用。
